Thanks Maryse although I consider myself an Australian first and foremost. But I had hoped for better from Ireland.

I saw posts on the internet of women flying to Ireland to vote in person. They were so proud of themselves. That same summer, Poland voted the opposite way, to restrict abortion, a break from Communist liberality.

Yes. It was horribly disappointing. Apparently County Donegal voted pro-life and country areas tended to as well. There was allegedly a massive amount of external funding for the pro-choice side and the elite including most of the media were pro-choice.

I am sure a lot of funding came from New England. Many lefties there supported the IRA, then were “shocked” when a bombing happened at the Boston Marathon. Even that appears to be a set up.

Remember Gordon Hewson aka Bozo of U2 fame. The band supported the abortion bill, even though one time they claimed to be Christians. I guess they had to sell out to the dark side for 30 pieces of silver. Dolores O’ Riodan, lead singer of The Cranberries opposed the bill. Good on her.
