Yes, non-white girls can be plenty cute

  1. How is she a non-white girl? If the picture is of Nadège Du Bospertus, then she is a French born model of Greek ancestry.

  2. I would guess that her mother is a mix of European and Indian (see below). I assume her father has the Greek ancestry. If true, it would make her Caucasoid from both sides of the family.

Ethnic groups present include people of European, African, Malagasy, Indians and Chinese origin as well as many of mixed race.

Whites are estimated to make up approximately one-quarter of the population, Indians also roughly a quarter, and people of Chinese ancestry to form roughly 3%. The percentages of racially-mixed people and those of Afro-Malagasy origins vary wildly between estimates.

In 2005, a genetic study on the racially-mixed people of Réunion found the following. For maternal (mitochondrial) DNA, the haplogroups are Indian (44%), East Asian (27%), European/Middle Eastern (19%) or African (10%).

For paternal (Y-chromosome) DNA, the haplogroups are European/Middle Eastern (85%) or East Asian (15%).

      The genetic data is interesting.

There is no real way of being certain. She presumably got the French surname from her father. Her mother was reportedly Réunionnaise.

I think it is safe to assume, from her appearance and her mother’s origin, that she is not fully European.

Before I knew who she was (which I only found out because a knowledgeable man, a modelling agent I think, told me on this blog), I assumed she was a very dark French girl or maybe southern Italian. (She had done some modelling for an Italian clothing company.)

  3. It’s funny and sad that we have to answer this kind of thing. 1.2 billion people in China and 1.3 billion in India, almost all of them non-white, and we wonder whether anyone finds non-white people attractive? Half a billion people (a billion?) in Africa, and we wonder whether anyone can find black people attractive? Seriously?

Well the claim is generally that one’s own ethnic group is the most attractive. I wouldn’t claim that some ethnic groups might not be more objectively attractive than others. But one sees claims these days that only whites are attractive to whites and this doesn’t appear to be true if one simply opens one’s eyes.
