Love it–the girls on my daughters’ track team almost seem to have a competition for most ornate braids each meet. Yes, many of them do it for each other, but it’s still impressive how much they can do for themselves. One time when my 3rd and I were out and about, at least two people asked if her big sister, who had done the braids, was a professional.

A fishbraid is pretty easy to do yourself. Don’t know about that bow though. . .

This doesn’t look that complicated at all. It’s really just a large, loose-ish plait with some hair tied in a bow above it. The hardest part is getting centred when doing it on your own head. It does look really pretty though.
