Finally, a woman with gratitude to men

From this Women Against Feminism facebook page.

She writes: “I love and respect men, and their priceless contributions to civilization.”

What a refreshing remark from a modern woman.

    FINALLY some gratitude. Thank you.

I will add that not only have men contributed to civilization, we BUILT it. Women are the lucky beneficiaries of all of man’s achievements. At last one of them has expressed gratitude for it. What does it it say about the state of women when it’s this rare to see this kind of maturity and thankfulness from a female?

My thoughts exactly. It is incredible to see women use technology given to them by men (the Internet, Twitter, and so on) to complain about men. It is simply childlike ingratitude.

I’d venture to say that most of these women saying they’re against feminism is ONLY because they have superiority right now. If they had to face the REAL thing they’d recoil form it immediately. They get they’re little hands held practically wherever they go. From the workplace to the university (where it’s become almost illegal to be male) to being the recipient of far and away the most taxpayer dollars as compared to men, etc.

They can put a man in prison on their mere word, have his life destroyed, get him fired, the list goes on. So I’m not buying this sudden surge of women clamoring for equality (a unicorn anyway) with maybe the woman in the original post. It’s the ONLY one I’ve ever seen that acknowledges that men even contribute to civilization. Although as I said earlier we BUILT it.

Hell, the reason why women don’t constantly get raped is because MEN built a civilization where that is viewed as a terrible crime. If we were such horrible beasts like the feminists believe we could make every woman a chained up sex slave whether they liked it or not. BUT as they can see we don’t do things like that. Compared to the huge giant mass of the population in the west only a TINY portion of men rape others. For crying out loud look at the now endless string of women raping young boys!

In short, we’ll see. I’ll believe it when REAL equality hits them. Then we’ll see if they can actually handle it. For most of them I doubt it.

Yes, there is something in that, but I have seen and heard a few women say that feminists have lied about history, in relation to domestic violence for example, and have pointed out that men have sacrificed hugely for women.

I have also seen women contend that it was industrialisation, not feminism, which really helped women. (In fact Ayn Rand said that ages ago.)

I think young women are capable of learning. Or rather unlearning the biased accounts they get in academia and often in the media. I think too that these young girls are waking up to the reality that they will want to be wives and mothers and feminism is not helping. They may realise that the numbers of desirable men willing to settle down are declining.

I also suspect that they write “equality” but they are really traditionalists underneath, who suspect that they are not really equal to men, despite the propaganda, and are happy to follow a man through life.

I live in Australia, and feminists have taken a bit of a beating lately, having had a feminist prime minister and a feminist influenced government which was a total flop.

As for having their hands held, and being coddled, I suspect that is one reason why women’s careers often stall in the real world. The coddling cannot go on forever. The effective women I have seen in the workforce have come up the hard way, like most men.

(LATER) Another point is: what is a woman of above average intelligence to do, who attends “college” or enters one of the polite and intellectual professions like publishing, once she discovers how little her sex has achieved in every way over the centuries, including intellectually? Or who realises that women have in fact always relied on men to invent and protect the world they inhabit? Gratitude does not come easily to humans, and she is likely initially to seek refuge in a feminism which nitpicks on men’s faults and demands special treatment. Another route open to her is to accept that her most important function will likely be what it has always been for nubile young women; to look pretty, catch a good man, and be a wife and mother. The women of Women Against Feminism might have come to the realisation that this is their best opportunity in life, not the dubious snake oil proffered by the modern feminist movement.

This woman is interesting (a lot of antifeminist women look like the stereotype of feminists):

Yes, I agree that they’re “speaking out against” feminism. That’s getting obvious. What I’m suggesting though is that they have such a superior position in the US (don’t know how bad it is in Aussie land specifically so I’ll speak for just the US) that they many of the young women have never actually experienced REAL equality so they can “afford” to be anti-feminist.

Now, what happens if they get REAL equality (again, I think this is about as real as a unicorn but I’ll lay that to the side for the moment)? How will they react to this? Call my cynical but I don’t think they’re going to like it. Heck, it’s not even conducive to nature. There is no equality in nature. Even the weather isn’t “equal”. You have warm air masses and cold air masses. One can generate rain and thunder storms (when warm meets cool anyway), the other snow and blizzards and so on.

I don’t know how bad it is in your country but in the US a young man can be dragged before a star chamber with no right or ability to prevent a defense simply if a girl points her finger at him. No proof, just an accusation! I’m sorry but that f’ing pisses me off! We build this extraordinary civilization that they benefit from and on top of that receive the lion share of the taxes and we get treated like the blacks did during Jim Crow? If they start getting actively involved in helping us dismantle this extremely sexist apparatus against men, help us achieve it, then ACCEPT it afterwords then I’ll celebrate.

As for Australia, I hear that Gillard bitch was a total disaster. I think she was the first woman ever to hold the position of Prime Minister of Australia. Ha, boy did she ever BLOW it! I also recall a picture of her clutching a male bodyguard (the reason escapes me. Sorry Julian I’m not really up on Aussie politics).

“Another route open to her is to accept that her most important function will likely be what it has always been for nubile young women; to look pretty, catch a good man, and be a wife and mother”

This is where most of them need to concentrate on. Our children aren’t even getting proper adult supervision anymore. Women have a biological urge to have children but so many of them now don’t want to deal with the difficult part. Instead, they’d rather get PAID to be a mother (by having the so-called family courts FORCE a man to pay extortion money to his ex) and move on to the next sucker.

In closing I’ll just say that it will be interesting to see where all of this goes.

Thanks for the response Julian. I hope you Aussies prosper now and in the future.
