Sleeping Beauty and the Homosexuals

I have previously argued that homosexuality is likely to be a developmental anomaly, not genetic or an infection: Here. And here.

Here is a reference to paraphilias being related to developmental problems before birth (note the more frequent occurrence in younger brothers, also seen with homosexuality).

Here is a case of a paraphilia or perversion caused by brain injury, “sleeping beauty paraphilia“.

[Later: If homosexuality in men is a developmental anomaly, one would not be surprised if the anomaly of same-sex attraction would be associated with other mental anomalies. In other words, if some kind of brain insult or damage is involved, as it seems to be in some of the paraphilias at least, it might be wider than simply the area of sexual orientation. This is a hotly disputed area, but some authorities have argued that homosexuality is associated with a greater occurrence of mental health problems, and that this is not simply due to societal discrimination. Here, for example.]

On the argument that homosexuality is genetic…..

Logically speaking, if homosexuality was genetic, there would not be any homosexuals…..

Hi David, The research of Dr Neil Whitehead supports the idea that there are quite a few possibilities for SSA. Google up My Genes Made me do it’ to find his work.
